Impacto de la creación de valor compartida, responsabilidad social y responsabilidad social corporativa en empresas multinacionales del Ecuador

The environment, social and economic damage, which have developed world, have an extremely high impact on the society, thinking that the main causes of these problems are the companies.The organizations are considered the main source of pollution, because they have always sought own benefit and not good for the community. For this reason we will investigate the theory of shared value established by Michael Porter, explaining why it is essential to achieve a connection between society and businesses so they can be more successful within the sector in which they operate. We will also study the concepts of social responsibility, corporate social responsibility and social marketing.A total of 14 multinational companies that operate within Ecuador have been studied to understand which of the concepts, above mentioned, have been studied. The objective is to compare and discuss wheter their actions performed in Ecuador are equal to the standards set by the company worldwide.A las organizaciones se les considera el principal factor de contaminación, debido a que éstas siempre han buscado el beneficio propio y no el bien para la comunidad. Por esta razón investigaremos la teoría de valor compartido instaurada por Michael Porter, donde se explica el por qué es fundamental lograr una conexión entre la sociedad y las empresas para que puedan tener éxito dentro del sector en donde operan. Se estudiaran los conceptos de responsabilidad social, responsabilidad social corporativa y marketing social. Se analizará a 14 empresas multinacionales que operan dentro del Ecuador para poder entender cual de los conceptos están realizando y comparar si las acciones que realizan en el Ecuador son iguales a las normas establecidas por parte de las firmas a nivel mundial
