The purpose of this study was to observe and record the reaction of a group of teachers of a foreign languages department, while being involved in a cycle of Reflective Teaching during a whole academic semester. To define the concept of Reflective Teaching we used the model presented by Farrell, T. in his book Reflective Teaching in Second Language Classroom (2003). The methodology used was qualitative, which meant a continuous recollection and processing of data during the term of the research that took place at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
