PENGARUH FAKTOR MAKROEKONOMI DAN KARAKTERISTIK BANK TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERBANKAN SYARIAH DI INDONESIA PERIODE 2011-2016

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of macroeconomic factors and the characteristics of bank proxy for gross domestic product (GDP), Inflation, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Finance (NPF) to profitability of Islamic banking (ROA). This study is a secondary research and data processing method used is the panel data regression analysis and sample selection using purposive sampling method. The population of the sample in this study were 6 Islamic Banks comprising Panin Bank Syariah, Bukopin Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah and BCA Syariah. The data was taken in the form of the quarterly financial statements of Islamic banks from 2011 to 2016. The results of this study show that simultaneous variables Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Inflation, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Finance (NPF) significantly affects ROA. Partially, the results of this study show that the variable FDR positively and significantly impact on ROA.The variables of GDP, CAR, NPF significantly affect ROA, but with a negative direction to it. While the variable inflation does not affect the ROA. ( INDONESIA ) Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor makroekonomi dan karakteristik bank yang diproksi dengan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), Inflasi, Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) dan Non Performing Finance (NPF) terhadap profitabilitas perbankan syariah (ROA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sekunder dan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel serta pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah enam Bank Umum Syariah yang terdiri dari Bank Panin Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah dan BCA Syariah. Data yang diambil berupa laporan keuangan triwulanan bank syariah dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2016. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), Inflasi, Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) dan Non Performing Finance (NPF) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Sedangkan secara parsial, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel FDR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Variabel PDB, CAR, NPF berpengaruh signifikan, tetapi dengan arah negatif terhadap ROA. Sedangkan variabel inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA
