ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN USAHA PETERNAKAN SAPI PERAH DI KABUPATEN PONOROGO

Dairy farm businesses have considerable market potential in urban areas and one of Ponorogo because it has facilities and adequate transportation infrastructure so that the milk is raw material can be reached by the end consumer level. Dairy farm business people can be developed either through: (1) facilities and prasrana subsystem, (2) cultivation, (3) post-harvest, (4) processing and marketing efforts. This study aims to determine how much influence Capital, the cost of production cost, total Out put of milk, and experience to benefit farmers from dairy cattle business people in the Ponorogo City. Sampling method used by this research is area sampling. The production function uses the theory of cobbs douglas function and continued using multiple regression test, test of goodness of fit and classical assumption test. Based on the results of the F test , the cost of production cost ( X2 ), Total Out put of milk ( X3) , experiend benefit farmers ( X4), jointly affect Income dairy cattle, It means dairy cattle business can be maintained at the study site as a source of income of farmers. While the capital (X1) is not significant to the income of farmers. The conclusion of this study is the people's dairy business in District of Ponorogo still profitable with an average scale ownership 2 until 3 lactating cows. Key words: Income Analysis, Production Factors, Dairy Farm [INDONESIA] Usaha peternakan sapi perah mempunyai pasar yang cukup besar dan potensial di daerah perkotaan salah satunya Kota Ponorogo karena mempunyai sarana dan prasarana transportasi yang memadai sehingga susu yang bersifat raw material dapat terjangkau oleh konsumen tingkat akhir. Usaha peternakan sapi perah rakyat dapat dikembangkan dengan baik melalui; (1) subsistem sarana dan prasrana, (2) usaha budidaya, (3) pasca panen, (4) pengolahan hasil serta usaha pemasaran hasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Modal, biaya produksi, total susu yang dihasikan, dan pengalaman peternak mempengaruhi pendapatan peternak sapi perah di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan area sampel. Fungsi produksi menggunakan teori fungsi Cobbs Douglas dan kemudian dilanjutkan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda, uji kesesuaian dan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, biaya produksi (X2), total produksi susu (X3), dan pengalaman kerja (X4) secara bersamasama memengaruhi pendapatan usaha ternak sapi perah artinya usaha ternak sapi perah di lokasi penelitian bisa dipertahankan sebagai sumber pendapatan peternak. Sedangkan jumlah sapi (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan peternak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah usaha sapi perah rakyat di Kabupaten Ponorogo masih menguntungkan dengan skala pemilikan rata-rata 2 sampai 3 ekor sapi laktasi.
