Separation of polar compounds in hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography

Tato práce se zabývá studiem metody HILIC, která je vhodná pro separaci polárních a hydrofilních látek, např. polyethylenglykolů nebo fenolických kyselin. Pro tyto analýzy byly použity tři různé kolony: aminopropylová na bázi silikagelu, zwitteriontová a Atlantis HILIC Silica.The aim of this work is study of HILIC method, which is very useful for separation of polar and hydrophilic compounds (e.g. polyethylene glycols or phenolic acids).
