Koncentrationssvårigheter : En studie om sydafrikanska lärares förhållningssätt till elever med koncentrationssvårigheter

The ability to concentrate is something that demands from the people to work in the society. The ability to concentrate is also important if the pupils will cope in school. In this exam I have studied what concentration disabilities are, and which types of concentration disabilities there are and what causes them. The literature that I have been reading focus on this areas and what the authors says about how to work with pupils with concentration disabilities. I have been thinking about how teachers in other countries deals with pupils with concentration disabilities and when I traveled to South Africa I interviewed four teachers who works in South Africa. With this study I have observed that the numbers of pupils with concentration disabilities is different between the schools but the teachers had the same ideas how to handle the problems. The ideas are not always possible to implement because the lack of facilities. Concentration disabilities seems to exist everywhere and the teachers in South Africa tried to overcome the obstacle with their best ability. But they thought that the disabilities would follow the pupils in the future and affect their future life
