ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the (i) the consistency of the implementation of e-Procurement policies related to the duties and authorities of the parties in the procurement and Services Procurement Electronically in Gorontalo Province, (ii) the factors that inhibit the implementation of Policy and support Consistency e-Procurement in Gorontalo Province. The results showed the implementation of e-Procurement policies in Gorontalo had been held consistently by the parties in procurement; the findings show that the consistency of the implementation of e-Procurement policies in Gorontalo had been referring to the regulations.
