This report examines the current literature concerned with the intervention of drink driving. I\ud presents a review of the characteristics of drink driving offenders that place some individuals a\ud risk of offending. It discusses the social context of drink driving and the general and specific\ud intervention strategies that are implemented within the social context to control the drink\ud driving problem. Particular focus is placed on drink driving rehabilitation programs and the\ud role they play in reducing drink driving recidivism.
