Purpose: The objective of this study is to assess physical activity levels in higher education settings. Methods: The International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) long form was used to assess physical activity, including questions regarding demographics, technology use, and information about the schools. Surveys were sent out via an online survey program. Results: A total of 455 completed the survey. Of those, 90% (N=409) fit the criteria of a higher education student (n=354) or educator (n=55). Overall, there were no significant differences in time spent in moderate-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) between students and educators.
