A grower\u27s portfolio describes a grape grower\u27s philosophy and includes a description of all current vineyards used by the winery. Seven Hills Winery uses a variety of grapes from many different vineyards around the Pacific Northwest, with vineyards located in the Walla Walla Valley, Red Mountain, Wahluke Slope, and the Columbia Valley (all in Washington), as well as vineyards located in Oregon\u27s Umpqua Valley.
