The Winter Weekend (or Winter Carnival) traditionally had a snow sculpture competition, usually with a theme. The houses competed against each other, but sometimes faculty had to make an attempt. In this photograph, placing the (snow)ball on the sculpture of a seal, is aptly named alum Margaret Peggy Snow (Class of 1962). The photograph is dated February 6, 1965https://dune.une.edu/wchc_photos_students1960s/1037/thumbnail.jp
