The aim of this study is to investigate and explore the critical success factors (CSFs) for corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices in the Malaysian automotive industry. Data were obtained from 27 top management leaders in Malaysian automotive industry. Reliability analysis empirically verified and validated the underlying items of CSFs of CSR practices. A set of assessment measurements of CSR practices is expected to be suitable for their characteristics and improve their performance.
