The Islamic inheritance law established that the inheritance is devided to heirs (al-wâris) after the owner’s (almuwarris) died. This division should be done immediately after the obligations associated with obtaining a death and property were paid. In the reality, inheritance is often not divided immediately, so thet giving rise to other legal consequences for heirs. For example is the change of religion of heirs.
