The cooperation of Russia and China in the framework of the SCO in Central Asia in the field of security develops and effectively reflect the current realities of security in the region. SCO promotes the activity of Russia and China in international organizations (UN, CSTO), increases the importance of the Shanghai organization of cooperation in international organizations and in Central Asia, the fight against new challenges and threats in this region. The future of the SCO will determine the character of relations between Russia and China in a strategic region as Central Asia
