Functional assessment of visual system in orbital traumas is very important both for practical treatment and in further forensic medical examination of victims. The aim of our clinical studies was to reason the differentiated approach in determining the severity of harm to the health in case of orbital trauma combined with mild craniocerebral injury. Thirty-four patients with orbital trauma have been studied within a period of 3 weeks — 2.5 months after the injury.
