The high intensity of development, the population increase, houses prices are very expensive and land is a resource that can not be updated make the low-income communities difficult to access the low-cost housing and livable. This research was aim to help the low-income communities that working and live in Kecamatan Banyumanik. This study used a survey method and analysis data using mixed method combination of qualitative methods and quantitative methods. Quantitative methods are used to identify the characteristics of low-income people and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and data sources by questionnaires and observation.
