This research is done to evaluate the stress intensity factor in the case of semi elliptic surface part through crack on simulation by ANSYS software. Part through crack modelling use isoparametric element 8 node in three dimensions. Mode of crack tip element is chosen a quarter point isoparametric 20 node three dimensions. The ANSYS analysis gives the result of the stress intensity factor close enough with the experimental result which be done by Ziyi Chen and Zheyuan Chui, with largest error of 11.68% for the crack direction a (angle of 90°) when the configuration of crack tip is a=16.7 mm and c=20.4 mm. The finite element method using ANSYS software is quite valid in simulating the semi elliptic part trough crack
