The background of this research is student's science process skills in subject of matter chemical reaction rate is low. This research was aimed at investigating the differences of science process skills between student who are taught by guided inquiry learning and student who are taught by conventional learning in subject of matter chemical reaction rate on XI grade of SMK PGRI Pontianak. This reserach was conducted in two classes and applied Quasi Experimental Design that was Nonequivalent Control Group Design.
