Pengaruh Mgmp Ekonomi terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Profesional Guru Sman Kubu Raya

This research aim to determine the effect of the Congress Subject Teacher (MGMPs) to the pedagogical competence and professional competence of teachers in economic subjects Senior High School at Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The population in this research is all economics teacher in Senior High School at Kabupaten Kubu Raya totaling 29 people spread across 23 high school. This research can be said study population with regression research method. The results showed that the implementation of activities MGMP (X) has positive influence on pedagogical (Y1) teachers in the amount of 3.6%, It meant that the more often the activities Subject Teachers Congress (MGMPs) will affect teachers' pedagogical competence of Senior High School at Kabupaten Kubu Raya, and implementation MGMP activities also affect the competence Pofesional (Y2) teacher at 0%. This means that during Congress Subject Teacher (MGMPs) does not affect the economics teacher professional competence in Senior High School at Kabupaten Kubu Raya
