This study aims to determine learning outcomes glide technique in shot put at the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Pontianak. The method used was experimental research design used is one-group pretest posttest. The sample was 39 students. The result showed that indicate thitung> t table (8.125> 2.04) and complete learn student reaches 46%. The achievement is high. This leads to student learning outcomes by implementing audio-visual media on the learning materials in the shot put technique glide very well. It can be concluded that the influence on this study and the hypothesis was accepted
