Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan Pt.pg Krebet Baru Malang)

This study aims to analyze effects of climate organization and culture organization of the performance of an employee (study on employe PT.PG Krebet Baru Malang). The research is quantitative research with the kind of research descriptive .The sample collection technique is ( non probability sampling ) which totaled 69 respondents. Instrument the analysis used in this research was test isntrumen research that is the validity and the realibilitas, then using test the assumption the classics ( test normality, multikolinieritas test, and the heteroskedatisitas ) and continued with linear regression multiple and test t and the f The result of the survey that the climate organization and culture organization significant of the performance of employees. Demonstrable that the climate organization significant to of employee performance that the calculation on t count 2,234>1,996 t table and value sig 0,029 < α(0,05). Culture organization significant of the performance of employees demonstrable of the calculation on t count 3,396>t table 1,996 and also value sig 0,001 &<α(0,05). The results of research suggests climate organization and cultural organization significant simultaneously against employee performance can be seen from the value of f count = 51,272>f table = 3,13 or value sig f (0,000)<α(0,05)
