The research problem is how is the increasing of students learning activity in learning social science material Respect the role and service of independence proclamator in the fifth grade of SDN 06 South Pontianak by using role-play technique?. The research purpose is to describe the increasing of students learning activity and teachers task by using role-play technique. Method of this research is descriptive, by using classroom action research, collaborative. This research is alone two circles. Research result is students activity of the first is 61,77% and the second circle is 82,66%. Teachers task of the first circle is 3,39 and the second circle is 3,74.
