Nursing services in the hospital are the main factor to decide the health service quality.The society need good quality of health services,because of that,the nurses have to improve their performance optimally.The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors that influence the nurses performance at The Third Hospital of 16.06.01 in the city of Ambon. The method of the research is a survey analytical research using cross-sectional approach to find out the correlation between competency,job satisfaction,motivation,supervision and leadership with the nurses performance at the same time.
