Pemanfaatan Stad Pada Unsur Intrinsik Teks Drama Terhadap Pembelajaran Kelas VIII SMP Tunas Bangsa

This research was conducted due to the fact found in SMP Tunas Bangsa Kubu Raya in Academic Year 2012/2013 that grade 8 students' ability in analyzing intrinsic elements of drama text had not met the expectation. This matter arouse because the teacher had not used appropriate method. The method of this research was descriptive qualitative. The research results showed that cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) improved students ability in analyzing intrinsic elements ofdrama. The studentsability was improved, in cycle 1 56% of students passed in analyzing intrinsic elements ofdrama, in cycle 2 the percentage increased 19% to 75%, in the end after cycle 3, 100% students passed in analyzing intrinsic elements of drama, 25% improved from the 2nd cycle
