International audienceWith a quest to develop rapid and reliable three-dimensional nanofabrication techniques for photonicand fluidic applications, we exploited the potential of zero-order Bessel beams for fabricatinghigh aspect ratio nano-structures in fused silica glass. In particular, the energetic conditions towardsstable and uniform nanovoid fabrication were explored, correlating the laser pulse energy and temporalduration.
