Penerapan Model Sains Teknologi Masyarakat Terhadap Hasil Belajar Dan Sikap Peduli Lingkungan Siswa

This research aims to find out the implementation of science technology society model to the students' learning outcomes and environment care in environment pollution and waste recycling in Class X SMAN 5 Pontianak. The form of research is Quasi Experimental Design with nonequivalent control group design. The sample of the research is Class X MIA 3 (experiment class) and X MIA 4 (control class), the sampling technique is intact group. The instrument used is multiple choice and closed questionnaire.From the data analysis, the average posttest in experiment class is 16,13, while in control class is 15,08. Based on Test-t result shows that tcount> ttable (2,01>1,99). The result shows that there is the difference in the students' learning outcomes whom been taught by using science technology society learning model to direct learning model. Questionnaire analysis of environment care behavior shows that students' behavior average interval is 83,74. This result shows that students' environment care behavior belongs to positive category
