Penerapan Metode Bermain Peran dalam Pembelajaran IPS Meningkatkan Aktivitas Peserta Didik Sdn 18 Ketapang

This study was conducted in the Elementary School fifth grade 18 honor downstream south consisting of 7 boys and 6 girls. The purpose of this research is to gain clarity about the use of role-play method to improve aktivitaspeserta students in learning social studies class V Elementary School honor downstream 18 south. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. This research is a form of action research. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that the method can enhance the activity of playing the role of students in the Social Sciences subjects, especially on the subject of the struggle for independence in the fifth grade elementary school
