The principal is a functional staf that is given the additional tasks of leading a school place to hold the learning process,or places where the interaction between the teacher who gives lesson and pupils recive lessons,successful principals are principals who understand the existence of the school as a unique and complex organization and able to carry out its role in leading school This research is descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Subject of research is the principal, school committees, and all teachers SDN 01 Nanga Pinoh some twenty two people.
