Kontribusi Kinerja Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja Dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Guru Di Lingkungan Yayasan Pendidikan Tarbiyatul Islam Nw Wanasaba Kab. Lombok Timur

This study aims at finding out the contribution of principal's performance, working motivation, working climate on teacher's working achievement at Tarbiyatul Islam NW Wanasaba Foundation. The study is an ex post facto. The population was all teachers of Tarbiyatul Islam NW Wanasaba Foundation, the sample of the study was 128 teachers taken by using multi stage proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected using questionaire and analyzed by using multiple regression. The results show that there is significant contribution among principle's performance, working motivation, and working climate on teacher's working achievement in separation and simultaneou
