This project addresses women’s participation and decision-making role in Kosovo’s three main uniformed services: the Kosovo Customs (KC), Kosovo Police (KP), and the Kosovo Security Force (KSF). There are currently small numbers of women in these three uniformed services, and even less in decision-making positions. This project has considered institutional mechanisms and ways to improve women’s participation in these institutions in order to empower their role in Kosovo society.
