Kontroversi Eksistensi Kearifan Lokal dan Iklim Investasi di Kampung Bersejarah (Kasus: Kampung Luar Batang–Jakarta)

The Architecture and the city design are the optimization of the design criteria as a form of community culture. Community settlements and cities with local cultural characteristics have the potential characteristics of local knowledge for the realization of the city that is very unique and specific. The architectural character similarityof the city as illustrated by Eko Budihardjo (1992), should not ever going to happen if we are able to develop local wisdom in architecture and city planning and design.The potential of Local Culture (values, norms, structures and social relations, as well as the form of the built environment) are very diverse constitute an important source of knowledge and must learn to get the criteria, and the design concept of Architecture and the City. The main issue in this journal seeks to bring together research resources as well as the review of the theory of local wisdom in the realm of theory and practical.
