Results are presented for the atomic-field bremsstrahlung photon spectrum at 90° from the bombardment of atoms of neon, argon, krypton, and xenon by 6-10-keV electrons. The experimental data are found to agree well with the theoretical calculations of Pratt et al. over the photon energy range from 4 keV to the end point of the spectrum.PublishedN/
