Objective: This case report describes the multidisciplinary approach to treat congenitally missing maxillary canine, how to improve patient’s smile using orthodontic fixed appliance, endosseous dental implant, and porcelain veneer to achieve the treatment results of function and esthetic. Materials and Procedures: Unilateral agenesis of the permanent maxillary canines in healthy individuals is extremely rare. This paper presents the case of a female patient diagnosed with congenital unilateral agenesis of the permanent maxillary canines as well as occlusal abnormalities in the form of left-side crossbite.
