Objective. Identification of functional features ensure the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous system in patients after spinal cord injury in order to study the practical aspects of the assessment vertebro-cardiac syndrome. Materials and methods. The study was conducted on two groups of male patients: Group 1 - in wheelchairs, patients (n = 13, mean age 34.5 ± 2.6 years), Group 2 – athletes in wheelchairs (basketball) (n = 9, mean age 24.6 ± 1.3 years).
