Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technology has mainly used for capturing high quality images from higher altitudes. SAR imagery has become an important application over optical satellite imagery because of its ability to operate in any whether condition. The SAR image acquired via coherent imaging are associated with a noise called speckle noise, which is multiplicative in nature. The presence of speckle noise degrades the quality of SAR image then leads to loss of crucial information.
