Cloud computing is an emerging topic in the information world. Economists have addressed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), which is a part of the cloud computing, as the “the next sea change” in the software business. By seeing the enormous benefits of SaaS such as its flexibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, it is gaining in popularity and its demand has increased in the IT world.
