This work takes place in the context of shoulder complex motion measurement in biomechanics. We present the technologies and methods that apply to this problem, and the associated obstacles (particularly the skin tissue deformation), in order to justify our choice of performing data fusion between measurements where the subjects remain still, and other where they are in motion. We suggest to perform this data fusion through spatial interpolation of reference frames from scattered data, specifically with the natural neighbors algorithm, that has been adapted to the framework of this study.
