应用温梯法生长出直径为76nⅡn的Yb:YAG晶体。运用IcP.AES测定了Yb3'离子在Yb:YAG晶体中的分凝系数约为1.1。室温下,测定了晶体在190-1200m之间的吸收光谱,发现了吸收峰中未知的色心吸收,色心的形成机制有待于进一步研究。The high optical quality'Yb: YAG boules,76mm in diameter, were grown by temperature gradient technique (TGT) .The segregation coefficient of Yb~(3+) ions in TGT-grown Yb: YAG crystals determined by ICP-AES method is equal to 1.1. The absorption spectra from the range of 190-1200nm of TGT-grown Yb: YAG crystals are also measured at the room temperature, and the unknown color centers are found in the absorption spectra.
