采用柠檬酸络合物型溶胶-凝胶法首次制备得到了具有垂直各向异性的(BiAl)DyIG石榴石磁光记录薄膜,并对材料结构和磁光性质进行了研究,结果得到石榴石磁光记录薄膜磁滞回线具有较好的矩形比,在430nm和520nm的品质因子为2degrees和1.5degrees,最佳晶化温度为675℃In this work (BiAl)DylG films with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy were first prepared on glass substrates by citric acid complex type sol-gel method. The structure and magneto-optical properties were investigated. The Kerr hysteresis loops exhibit good square shape. The figures of merit were 2degrees and 1. 5degrees at wavelengths of 430nm and 520nm respectively. The best crystallization temperature was 675℃
