采用燃烧法制备了Nd:YSAG粉体,经过成型、素烧,最终在氢气气氛中烧结制备了Nd:YSAG透明陶瓷.测试结果表明,Nd:YSAG透明陶瓷具有荧光谱线较宽,荧光寿命较长的特点.激光实验得到的激光输出,斜率效率为23.6%,输出功率为0.36W,输出激光的谱线分布较宽.Nd:YSAG powders was prepared by using combustion method. After molding, calcining the Nd:YSAG green compact at 1750-1850 degrees C in H-2 atmosphere for 4-10h, the transparent Nd:YSAG ceramics were obtained. The optical properties of Nd:YSAG transparent ceramics were measured. The emission band of transparent Nd:YSAG ceramics is broadened and the fluorescence lifetime is prolonged as compared to Nd:YAG ceramics. Using LD as pumping source, and transparent Nd:YSAG ceramics as laser gain media, laser output is achieved.
