"The process of developing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) National Strategy to Revitalize Environmental Public Health Services required input from stakeholders representing all areas of environmental public health. The stakeholders included officials from nongovernmental environmental public health organizations; state, territorial, and local health agencies; tribal governments; undergraduate- and graduate-level environmental health and public health academic programs; and several federal agencies.
