Analysis of Life-style Factors Related to Perimenopausal Symptoms in Women

更年期の女性が知覚する愁訴に関与する生活体験因子を明らかにすることを目的に,地域で生活する更年期女性を対象に質問紙による調査を行った.更年期症状は,慶應式中高年健康維持外来調査表に基づいて評価し,スコアの合計点を重症度とした.45〜55歳の女性534名の回答を重回帰分析した結果,更年期症状の重症度と相関する生活体験因子として,「BMI(現在の体格)」「病気の有無」「仕事の有無」「月経中の不快症状」「マタニティ・ブルーズ」「家事負担感」「生活に対する満足感」「ストレスを感じている」の8因子が抽出された.一方で,現在の月経の状況と更年期症状には関連が認められなかった.The aim of this study was to determine the life-style factors which related to dysphoric symptoms in the perimenopausal women, using questionnaires on life-style factors, reproductive events, and a variety of dysphoric symptoms. Through multiple regression analysis on the answers of 534 women aged 45-55, eight factors relationg to the severity of perimenopausal symptoms were extracted : BMI ; the presence or absence of illness ; employment status ; dysmenorrhea ; maternity blues ; burden of housework ; life satisfaction and stress. The present status of menstruation was not found to relate to the severity of dysphoric symptoms
