We assessed the potential impact of temperature on the long-term stability of several polyfluoroalkyl chemicals in serum. We evaluated the concentrations of perfluorooctane sulfonate, perfluorohexane sulfonate, perfluorooctanoate and perfluorononanoate in 16 human serum samples stored at room temperature, 5 \uc2\ub0C, -20 \uc2\ub0C and -70 \uc2\ub0C at several time points during an eight month period.
