This study aims was determined the effect of leg extention training with the pyramide system method andset system method on leg muscle power. This research was experimental study design with pretest-posttest design group. Subject is this study were 10 futsal player participant of Cikarang FC. The instrument used in this study to measure leg muscle power is the standing broad jump test.with validity of test 0.607 and reliability coefisien 0.93.
