The objective of this research is to produce a behavioristic counceling model to help students solve the learning anxiety. This counceling model is developed based on behavioristic approach. This research was conducted by using Research and Development. The research procedures was conducted done through the following steps, (1) preliminary study, (2) arranging and developing model,(3)validation rasional model and empirical validation model. The research design used pretest- posttest control group design.
