The Penner-Ashes were interviewed by Linfield College archivist Rachael Cristine Woody and staff member Rich Schmidt. Lynn and Ron Penner-Ash founded Penner-Ash Wine Cellars in 1998. In 2005, they designed and built their sustainable, gravity-flow estate winery in the Yamhill-Carlton American Viticultural Area (AVA), growing and selling a variety of wines, including Pinot Noir and Syrah.
