Intercultural Communication for Success

A study of intercultural communication in a business and educational setting. Focus will be on intercultural competencies, emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, communication barriers, diversity, globalization, and workforce management all within an organizational work environment. Both the positives and anti-globalization backlash will be looked at. Finding out how problems can arise, and ways to fix the communication error for the better of the organization, the community, and the employee’s work life. Conclusion, a lot of research has been done on intercultural communication in the workplace yet little progress has been made when it comes to eliminating communication errors and/or barriers that face the everyday globalized workplace
