An ever facing issue healthcare professionals are continuously challenged by are the development of pressure ulcers, both hospital and community acquired. No matter what is done to combat this problem, the incidence is still widely occurring. This project focuses on determining if the Braden Scale for Predicting Pressure Sore Risk is effective and if adding in different alternative measures could help better identify a patient\u27s increased chance for development as well as if improved treatments could benefit patients during both the healing process and recovery
