This is a summary of experiments conducted in 1988 to chemically control damping-off of the douglas, common spruce and the laricio pine from Corsica in two forest nurseries (Bourgogne and Rhône-Alpes). In the third year of study, the interest of some active ingredients used in association was confirmed particularly the use of furalaxil against Pythium and mepronil against Rhizoctonia solani. However, benomyl, which is the only anti-Fusarium fungicide available on the market, remains partially effective. The results obtained with the stripping of forest seeds were promising and diserved to be confirmed by new experiments in 1989.
