The topic of this thesis is the study of identification methods of neural controllers. A bibliographic study of the various control methods using neural networks is presented. An identification algorithm (called B Learning) that belongs to the family of learning by reinforcement algorithms is then proposed. / L'objet de cette thèse est l'étude des méthodes d'identification de contrôleurs neuronaux. Une étude bibliographique des différentes méthodes de contrôle utilisant les réseaux de neurones est présentée. Un algorithme d'identification (baptisé B Learning) appartenant à la famille des algorithmes d'apprentissage par renforcement est ensuite proposé
